My Story
I am passionate about facilitating transformation. I specialize in helping clients heal their relationships with loved ones, work, and themselves. Together, we get clear about what's most important, uncover and dismantle blocks to forward progress, and heal parts that have been trying to keep you safe and small, so that you can live an empowered, fulfilling life.
Some of my most profound growth, greatest joys, and biggest challenges have been in my own experiences of family and relationship. I believe partnership is an ongoing journey of connection, acceptance, responsibility, and repair.
Spending time in nature, dancing, and movement have been key to my healing and joy. In my journey towards authenticity, I am learning to let others to have their feelings and experiences without needing to manage or change them. I practice accepting loved ones as they are, and expressing gratitude every day.
I love to support partners and parents to care for one another and their loved ones with intention and purpose, creating more love in the world.

My Approach
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my responsibility is to your relationship, whether that's an intimate partnership, family, or friends. When conflict gets in the way, I help you come together to address the problem as a team.
In a calm, compassionate environment, we explore your emotional triggers to restore trust and mutual respect. I provide you with tools to communicate effectively, to create loving relationships that honor your values. I am committed to facilitating collaborative, win-win solutions that support the highest good of each partner and family member.
Creating and maintaining a healthy relationship is one of the most powerful and challenging tasks of adult life. Intimate relationships can bring up our fears, insecurities, and unmet needs. We may find ourselves repeating unhealthy patterns, and need skills and strategies to break those cycles.
I help families with teens navigate conflict, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Parents learn how to communicate effectively with their kids, while youth develop coping skills that support their increased independence. Together, we address changes in family dynamics, parenting differences, and sibling relationships.
Work with Me
My approach to Marriage and Family therapy emphasizes compassion and acceptance, highlights individual strengths and promotes active participation in healing. The way we relate to loved ones is impacted by how we were raised, trauma history, beliefs and values, triggers, and culture. I use a variety of approaches to de-escalate conflict, promote healing and growth, and strengthen connection.
On our initial free consultation call, you will have the opportunity to get answers to any questions you have about the work, pricing, specialties, and what to expect from my approach. You will be treated with warmth, caring and respect. From there, you decide if you’d like to schedule a first session.
In the initial session, I will review what you can expect from the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that you know how to get in touch with me and that you understand scheduling, billing, privacy, and confidentiality. You will get to share the challenges you are facing, as well as your hopes, dreams, and vision for what you want to create in your life and relationships. You will be heard, understood, and accepted. We will collaboratively design a plan to get you where you want to go.
As the work continues, you are invited to engage in the process of creating a life that inspires and excites you. We will identify strengths and resources, and tenderly explore hurts, fear, and longing. I will be your partner in the process, bringing unconditional positivity, engaged curiosity, and a commitment to supporting your growth. You are held in safety, possibility, and power.
When you have reached your goals, we will celebrate all that you are and all that you have become. We will honor the courage and commitment that it takes to change, with gratitude for the journey. You will be empowered to live as your essential self, confident in your purpose, with tools you need to continue to thrive.
